Methods of payment
Returns
Item descriptions
- PayPal
Personal or business checks
- I ship by USPS Priority Mail, insured and with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are included in the
price.
Returns
- Because mistakes can happen, I accept returns for refund without question if the item has been incorrectly
described. Please request return authorization within three days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping
and insurance for the return. There will be a 3% restocking fee for credit card purchases. And, of course,
items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally sent, as shown by my photo file. No
refunds will be issued for items that have been altered or damaged in any way. (Sorry to sound so unfriendly,
but you have no idea of the things other people try to pull.)
Item descriptions
- All items are described as accurately as possible. Physical condition, especially flaws and repairs will be
described. Please ask questions before buying if there is any uncertainty. Please note that I try to err on the
conservative side when stating the age of a piece of jewelry. Please do not hesitate to call or email with
questions, or to request more photos.
